Lodge's Are Water Tight | Lodge Diaries Part 3

A lot has happened since our last update, and the two new lodges have moved on quickly.
Inside, the electrical first fix is now complete, with all wiring in place ready for lighting and sockets. Insulation has been fitted throughout, which is a big step towards making the lodges warm and comfortable all year round. We’ve also had plasterboard installed, which completely changes how the spaces feel and makes it much easier to picture the finished layout.
Outside, the look of the lodges has really started to take shape. The black decking and cladding are now installed, giving them a bold and modern look. Black windows and doors are also in, meaning both buildings are now weather-tight and properly starting to feel like real lodges.
From here, we’ll be moving on to internal finishes and the details that really bring everything together. We’ll share more as we go.
